Special Jumu’ah Khutba with Daoud Stephen Casewit

We are pleased to announce that our special guest Khateeb for Friday prayer on November 28, 2025 will be Daoud Stephen Casewit.

Brother Daoud is a scholar, writer, translator and lecturer based in Washington DC. He spent nearly a quarter century in Morocco and managed the Moroccan-American Fullbright Commission. He also founded the Arabic Language Institue in Fez. He has delivered numerous academic papers at harvard, Yale and Brandeis universities and numerous Islamic centers. He retired as President of American Islamic College in Chicago in 2020.

The prayer will be held at 1:30 pm at Memoriall Hall at our regular Jumu’ah location at 6601 Bradley Blvd., Bethesda, MD 20817 Insha Allah.
