Watch the Recording of the Abrahamic Faiths Conversation – Engaging the Next Generation

The Abrahamic Faiths – the Conversation Continues event hosted by the Inter Congregational Partnership Committee (ICPC) on October 14 was an informative and insightful discussion that was well attended by members from all three congregations that worship at 6601 Bradley Blvd. The panelists included Dr. Imad-ad-Dean Ahmad, President of MIIC, Rabbi Eric Abbott from BJC,  and Pastor David Gray of BHPC.

The main topic of the discussion was Engaging the Next Generation – Sharing successes and failures in reaching Gen Z and Millennials, who increasingly identify as “spiritual but not religious.” The clergy discussed how the tenets of each religious tradition shape how we educate and nurture our children in faith. They also discussed other practices of each congregation.
